My wife and I started with Emily just over a year ago - and she has been all we could ever want in a Personal Trainer.
We both had anxiety of going to the gym, but Emily has become a friendly face that has not only made us feel comfortable, but even enjoying the time we spend there. She is constantly encouraging and supportive, helping you to get the most out of yourself.
With her support we’ve both lost over 20kgs, we’ve seen our heart rates drop, and become more active in all areas of our lives. I’ve even started running at the weekends, and she shows genuine interest and offers advice.
Working with Emily is a joy, she is not the type of trainer who will shout, but is completely approachable. She will change the sessions based on current circumstances and will try and be flexible with timings when needed. If you’re struggling with your goals she’ll help you reach them.
You’ll get out what you put in and she has shown to be a wonderful facilitator of that, and we highly recommend her for your fitness journey - good luck!

Training with Emily has been amazing and so worthwhile. I have noticed such a difference in the weeks she has been training me which has also boosted my confidence levels and made me feel so much better about myself. It has also encouraged more healthy eating habits.
I split the sessions with my sister and we have both said how happy we are that we finally decided to start this. What started as a short 6 week period of sessions has now been extended for the next few months.

Finding Emily on the Internet has been a godsend. I presented her with my many ailments and restrictions and asked if she could help. She has done, in spades. Any time I struggled she was there with an alternative solution.
I have been with her for 10 weeks now and have signed up for more. She is encouraging when I am flagging and I can honestly say I feel so much better. I feel like I have found myself again.

I was really nervous to start PT as it had been a while since I'd done any real training and suffer from anxiety, which unfortunately can be triggered by breathlessness. The thought was daunting but can honestly say it's been incredible.
Emily has been amazing in increasing my confidence in the gym. She takes the time to explain the exercises and the impact to the body which motivates me to push through the reps.
Her sessions have been really balanced and mixed to activate muscle groups I didn't know I had! It's been fun to train again and feel stronger and better in my body!
I would highly recommend the investment to a healthier and happier you! You will not be disappointed!

Emily has been a real support to both my wife and I. Developed our strength and cardio fitness from novice status, over a number of programmes, during the last 18 months. We have both enjoyed the sessions and being slightly older :-) Emily adjusts the program if we have any niggles very efficiently.

As someone who has always played team sports, the gym was a completely new environment for me! I’ve been working with Emily since last summer. Her sessions are fun, challenging and varied. She is also very patient & down to earth which has put me at ease.
Emily also gives great lunch prep ideas which has helped me build a routine and improve my eating habits…especially when busy at work!
I feel stronger & more confident as the months go by. And have even come to enjoy the 7am session which says a lot! All round fab experience :-)

Couldn’t recommend Emily more highly. For the first time in years, I’m actually enjoying going to the gym and it doesn’t feel like a burden! She shares my belief that the most important thing is that you enjoy training because without that any programme is unsustainable. I’ve got no doubt she’d be an excellent PT for all levels but most certainly for those of us that struggle with having the motivation to go to the gym!

I have been having weekly Personal Training sessions with Emily for 8 weeks now.
I really enjoy my sessions as Emily works me hard and every session is varied. Emily pushes me when I want to give up and I am really seeing the benefits.
I feel more motivated in my daily life and Emily advises on nutrition too. I have signed up for another 8 sessions and am excited to see my continued progress.

Emily is very enthusiastic about exercise and has some great healthy eating ideas which aren’t dull. She was very motivating and I enjoyed my sessions even when I wasn’t initially in the mood!

I’ve always struggled with exercise mainly because I don’t know what I’m doing and I struggle with motivating myself.
Emily has not only helped me understand what muscles I’m working on and lose weight/build muscle but she’s helped with my motivation towards the gym, I’m pushing myself more and more and it’s thanks to Emily.
