About Me
Hi, I am Emily, an experienced qualified personal trainer, Hyrox athlete and runner who is on a mission to raise the standard of fitness coaching to help clients realise their potential and lift their limits.
My training approach is an optimal combination of strength training to improve body composition and cardio for heart health and overall fitness. All of my clients have programs totally unique to them and their goals, and I aim to educate them on my methods to learn how to train effectively to get the results they want well beyond personal training with me.
I pride myself in having a good laugh and chat with my clients, whilst also having the highest standards in perfecting form and technique and pushing the right amount in a session for optimal results.
